At Jalay Jewelers, all of our Beautiful Pieces are either 10kt/14kt Gold or .925 Sterling Silver. All pieces will be stamped with purity.

At the moment, Jalay Jewelers only offers US Domestic Shipping. Jalay uses USPS for all shipments. Default shipping is USPS 2DAY Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. Please allow 3-4 business days upon order for your package to arrive. All orders will be sent with tracking number upon shipment day.

No returns. We accept exchanges (Equal or Greater Value) within 10 days of the delivered date. Only one exchange per order. Merchandise must be in its original condition in order to qualify for exchange. All custom designs are ineligible for return/exchange. Jalay Jewelers strives to make Online Jewelry Shopping an easier task; therefore, we will work with our customers in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
